Arrow Family of Companies Donates $100,000 During Annual Thankful Campaign GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (November 24, 2025) — The Arrow Family of Companies, which includes Arrow Bank and Upstate Agency, LLC, is proud to announce $100,000 in donations to 10 local non-profit organizations. All of the selected organizations support children through after-school and mentoring programs within Arrow’s eight-county footprint from Albany, New York to Plattsburgh, New York. These donations are part of Arrow’s annual Thankful Campaign, which celebrates the holiday season by giving back and expressing gratitude to its team, customers and communities. Throughout November, the campaign features various forms of appreciation, including in-branch displays, digital and print messaging, outreach events and social media engagement, centered around the theme of thankfulness. The Thankful Campaign is one component of Arrow’s broader commitment to community support, which last year totaled nearly $780,000 in company and employee contributions across its footprint. “Each year, our Thankful Campaign reminds us how much good is already being done in our communities and how proud we are to support local non-profits that make a difference,” said David S. DeMarco, President and CEO of Arrow Financial Corporation. The 10 non-profits that each received $10,000 for after-school and mentoring programs are: 518 ElevatED Adirondack Community Action Programs, Inc. In late October, Arrow took action ahead of its annual campaign to announce $38,000 in emergency food relief that stemmed from uncertainty about November SNAP benefits. Each of its 38 branches distributed $1,000 directly to a neighborhood food pantry, demonstrating Arrow’s commitment to the communities it serves. “The response from food pantries was emotional and profound,” said Kate Otis, Vice President, Community Engagement Manager, Arrow Bank. “They’ve shared with us how this support made an immediate impact for families who depend on their services. Their work is extraordinary, and we’re grateful to play even a small part in it.” To learn more about the Thankful Campaign, visit arrowbank.com/thankful. Previous Article Print
