Arrow Bank Introduces Hero Mortgage Program to Support Everyday Heroes

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (December 9, 2025) — Arrow Bank has introduced its new Hero Mortgage Program, designed to make homeownership more affordable for those who dedicate their careers to serving and strengthening our communities.  

The program offers discounted interest rates, low down payment options (up to 97% loan-to-value), waived processing fees and flexible loan options for purchase, refinance or new construction. Eligible participants include educators, first responders, medical professionals and members of the military.
