Be Aware of Impersonation Fraud

We are currently experiencing an increase in reports of spoofed calls and texts and other impersonation fraud. Spoofing happens when a scammer disguises their phone number, so the call or text looks like it’s coming from Arrow Bank or another trusted source. These calls or texts may sound urgent and convincing, but they are designed to trick you into giving up user IDs, passwords and account information.

Please remember: We will never ask you for your login credentials or your temporary One-Time Passcode! If anyone asks for that information, hang up or do not respond to that text.
