Be Aware of Impersonation Fraud

Some customers have received texts or calls impersonating Arrow Bank. The fraudsters may be sending out links asking for debit card information or calling and asking for user IDs, passwords and account information.

Please remember: We will never ask you for your login credentials or your temporary One-Time Passcode! If anyone asks for that information, hang up or do not respond to that text.

If you are concerned that your personal or bank information has been compromised or shared with scammers, call us right away at (518) 793-4121 or visit your local branch. We will take steps to help you secure your account.
