One Bank Weekend November 6-8

Unifying Our Technology

Updated October 6, 2026

In July, Arrow Bank acquired the former Adirondack Bank based in Utica, New York. Now we are in the final stages of unifying our technology behind the scenes.

Please be aware there will be service interruptions the weekend of November 6 as we unify our platforms under the Arrow Bank name.

For former Adirondack Bank customers

Your online services will end on or before the evening of Friday, November 6.

For current Arrow Bank customers

Some online and mobile services and On Call Banking will be temporarily unavailable.

  • Expect to see more communication by mail, email, online and on our platforms as the November 6 weekend approaches.
  • Former Adirondack Bank customers: Your debit card service will end around 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 8. Activate your new card on November 9.

Existing Arrow Bank customers: Carry a second form of payment that weekend in case of brief debit card service interruptions.
  • If you are a customer of the former Adirondack Bank, beginning November 9, you will need to download the Arrow Bank Personal Mobile Banking app or our Business Mobile Banking App if you use them. You can also activate your new Arrow Bank debit card at that time.

Former Adirondack Bank Customers

Beginning November 9, please be aware that you will need to transition to Arrow Bank’s online banking and other digital and on-call phone services. We want to make this as simple as possible for you and will provide detailed instructions.

  • Yes, your account will transition to an Arrow account. You will receive a letter in the mail in early October listing details of your new Arrow account. Please note your account number will not change.
  • We want to make sure you get the most out of your banking experience. If you would like to explore other account options to better suit your needs, our branch staff will be happy to discuss account options with you.

You can always visit your local branch team who will be happy to help. Or you can call Arrow Bank directly at (866) 248-6366.

Your routing number and account number(s) will not change after this merger.

Your debit card is still active so please bank as normal. You will receive a new Arrow Bank debit card the first week of November that you can activate and use beginning November 9. Please note that access to your existing debit card will end around 2 a.m. on Sunday, November 8.

Your checks are still active so please bank as normal. Starting in August, checks due for reorder will have Arrow Bank branding. Your existing supply of Adirondack Bank checks is fine to use.

While Adirondack Bank has become Arrow Bank, nothing regarding your loan has changed. Please continue to make payments as you normally would. If your loan originated with Adirondack Bank, you will also be able to use Arrow Bank’s Loan Payment Center platform beginning on November 9.

Continue all of your banking services as normal. We will be transitioning all of your services to Arrow Bank during that November 6-8 timeframe. You can expect detailed communication in early October so you’re fully prepared. Of course, our team will be here to help you every step of the way.

Former Adirondack Bank branches will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 6, and reopen as normal on Monday, November 9.

Current Arrow Bank Customers

We will be transitioning the former Adirondack Bank’s services to Arrow Bank that weekend. We apologize for any inconvenience, but our staff will be working through the weekend to make sure we are fully operational on Monday, November 9. Thank you for your understanding.
