Arrow Bank Welcomes Schroeder as Business Banking Relationship Manager
GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (May 7, 2026) — Arrow Bank National Association is pleased to welcome Cara Schroeder as Assistant Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager.
In this role, Schroeder will support small businesses by developing new relationships and strengthening existing ones through customized financial solutions. She will manage a portfolio of business customers, collaborate closely with internal partners to drive business growth and support retail teams across all aspects of small business and business banking.
Schroeder brings more than 20 years of banking experience to Arrow. She began her career with TD Bank in 2004, where she held roles of increasing responsibility, including Teller, Head Teller, Customer Service Representative, Small Business Specialist and most recently, SBA Business Development Associate.
A native of Averill Park, New York, Schroeder is deeply connected to the local community and looks forward to supporting businesses throughout the region.
