Ticonderoga Office Construction

Arrow Bank is continuing to enhance our presence throughout our eight-county footprint. Over the last several years, we have been updating our locations to improve our customer experience, reinforce our commitment to the community and put our best foot forward in your town.

We’re excited to share our plans to build a new branch at 1127 Wicker Street, the current site of our drive-up only location in Ticonderoga. The new full-service branch will include a modern lobby with more meeting space, multiple drive-up lanes and an ATM.

What Customers Can Expect

As of February 28, we have temporarily closed the drive-up location at 1127 Wicker Street while construction begins at the new branch.

During construction, we ask that you use our downtown location at 123 Montcalm Street, about 1.5 miles from the drive-up branch. To make banking more convenient during this time, we are offering drive-up service at the downtown location.

Our staff from both locations are serving customers at the downtown branch during construction.

When the new building is ready in late 2026, we plan to combine our operations and serve you exclusively from the Wicker Street location.
