Misplaced your card?

Use the OFF feature to temporarily stop transactions. When you find your card, simply use SecurLOCK to turn the card back on and make purchases again.

Need to freeze a lost or stolen card?

If your card is lost or stolen, use the OFF feature in SecurLOCK to protect your account. Then call the bank at (800) 246-2415 to request a new card.
