“Giving back is a fundamental part of who we are as an organization,” said David S. DeMarco, President
and CEO of Arrow Financial Corporation. “Surpassing $1 million in annual giving for the first time is an
incredible milestone and a testament to the generosity and dedication of our employees. Whether through financial
contributions or volunteer service, our team remains deeply committed to strengthening all of the communities we
serve.”
Nearly half of Arrow’s giving in 2025 was Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) eligible, reinforcing the
company’s focus on initiatives that support low- to moderate-income individuals and families. Funding
supported programs focused on financial empowerment, housing stability, workforce and regional economic development,
as well as arts and culture, healthcare, and organizations addressing basic community needs.
Several key initiatives also contributed to the company’s impact throughout the year. Through Arrow’s
Thankful Campaign, $100,000 was directed to programs supporting children through after-school and mentoring
initiatives. In the fourth quarter, Arrow distributed an additional $38,000 through its branch network to local food
pantries to help alleviate increased demand following disruptions in SNAP benefit payments.
“Our team consistently demonstrates a deep commitment to serving their communities,” said Kate Otis, Vice
President, Community Engagement Manager. “The growth in employee contributions and volunteer hours show that
we put our caring into action and that making a meaningful difference is woven into our company culture.”
