Arrow Bank Welcomes Tiderencel as Vice President, Senior Retirement Officer
GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (January 6, 2026) — Arrow Bank is pleased to announce that Joseph Tiderencel has joined the bank’s Wealth Management division as Vice President, Senior Retirement Officer.
In his new role, Tiderencel is responsible for the ongoing development and servicing of client retirement plans and investment strategies, working closely with individuals and organizations to support long-term financial goals.
Tiderencel brings more than two decades of financial services experience to Arrow Bank. Most recently, he served as a Financial Advisor and Retirement Planning Consultant (LPL) with Nottingham Advisors from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, he spent eight years with Merrill Lynch as Senior Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager. Earlier in his career, he held progressive leadership roles at HSBC, including Senior Financial Advisor, Regional Sales Manager and Senior Vice President, from 2003 to 2015.
Originally from Eagle Bay, New York, Tiderencel currently lives in Plattsburgh. He is actively involved in the community, serving as a member of the American Cancer Society’s Men Wear Pink initiative and Rotary International (Plattsburgh). He also volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association and is a member of the Big Moose Fish & Game Club and Trout Unlimited.
Professionally, Tiderencel holds multiple industry registrations and designations, including FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 9 and 10 licenses, Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses, and credentials as a Senior Portfolio Manager and Retirement Plan Specialist.
